摘要 三维(3D)多孔支架在组织修复与重建方面的应用研究是组织工程领域众多研究中的一个重要方面。其中,功能性血管网络的构建是其成功的关键。许多因素均能影响这一构建过程,比如支架材料的特性、血管生成的相关生长因子、生长因子的缓释控制、支架与细胞联合培养等。不论在支架材料选择、血管生成相关因子应用及支架与细胞联合培养中,联合应用均呈现出更大的优势。 The three-dimensional(3 D)porous scaffolds application in tissue repair and reconstruction is an important aspect in tissue engineering researches.The functional vascular network formation is the most important to the success of the reconstruction and restoration.Many factors can affect this process,such as the property of scaffolds,angiogenic factors,the controlled release of angiogenic growth factors,the co-culture with scaffolds,etc.No matter in the aspect of scaffolds material selection,angiogenic factors or the co-culture with scaffolds,combined application has a significant advantage.
