留守儿童痫样发作临床诊治概况

Overview of the Diagnosis and Treatment of Epileptiform Seizures among the Left-behind Children

留守儿童痫样发作是皮质功能异常所引起的一组临床症状。目前国内留守儿童痫样发作率高,多数患儿就诊条件及治疗情况不容乐观。痫样发作的鉴别诊断繁杂,且多与小儿癫痫诊断混淆,误诊率高,严重影响了留守儿童的身心健康。所以精确诊断留守儿童癫痫及相关疾病并关爱留守儿童的心理健康至关重要。政府可以建立留守儿童疾病网络动态数据库,实时观察并监护留守儿童,起到防治结合的目的。

Epileptic seizure of the left-behind children is a group of clinical symptoms caused by abnormal cortical function.At present,the disease has a high incidence in China,and the treatment conditions for most of the pediatric patients are not optimistic.The differential diagnosis of epileptic seizures is hard,and is easily to be misdiagnosed as epilepsy.The rate of misdiagnosis is high,seriously affecting the physical and mental health of the lef-behind children.So the accurate diagnosis of the epilepsy and related diseases of the left-behind children is very important.For treatment and prevention purposes,it＇s suggested that government create dynamic database to realize the real-time monitor of the sick children.
