循环冷却水中钙离子对生物酶缓蚀性能的影响

摘要 研究了循环冷却水中钙离子对溶菌酶、脂肪酶的酶活性、特征性能及缓蚀性能的影响,通过正交实验优化了循环冷却水中钙离子作为添加剂的生物酶缓蚀剂的组成。结果表明:循环冷却水中钙离子可以提高生物酶的酶活性及缓蚀性能;当溶菌酶质量浓度为20mg·L-1、脂肪酶质量浓度为70mg·L-1、钙离子质量浓度为157.57mg·L-1时,缓蚀效果最佳,碳钢挂片的腐蚀速率为0.0007mm·a-1,缓蚀率达99.79%。 Effects of calcium ions in circulating cooling water on enzyme activities,characteristic performance and corrosion inhibition performance of lysozyme and lipase were studied.The composition of bio-enzyme corrosion inhibitor using calcium ions in circulating cooling water as additive was optimized by orthogonal experiment.Results showed that,calcium ions in circulating cooling water could elevate activities of bio-enzyme and enhance the corrosion inhibition performance.When the mass concentration of lysozyme was 20mg·L^-1,the mass concentration of lipase was 70mg·L^-1 and the mass concentration of calcium ions was 157.57mg·L^-1,the most ideal corrosion inhibition effect achieved,with the corrosion rate of the carbon steel hangers of 0.0007mm·a^-1 and the corrosion inhibition efficiency of 99.79%.
