摘要
采用快速溶剂萃取法萃取海南江蓠(Gracilaria hainanensis)挥发油,利用气质联用仪对挥发油化学成分进行分析,并利用质谱图进行计算机检索,共鉴定出海南江蓠挥发油中26种化合物,其中2,5-二正丁基吡唑并[5,1-a]异喹啉、2-(2-苯并噻唑基)-5-甲氧基苯酚、1-(六氢吡咯烷嗪-3-亚基)-3,3-二甲基丁烷-2-酮、苯并吗啉、5-氟-4-咪唑羧酸等5种化合物的相对含量较高,分别占24.5%、10.7%、10.5%、10.3%、9.5%。
Volatile oil was extracted from Gracilariahainanensisby accelerated solvent extraction(ASE)method.Its composition analysis was made by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and computer retrievals were also carried out by using mass-spectrograms.A total of 26 compounds were identified from the volatile oil,in which 2,5-dibutylpyrazolo[5,1-a]isoquinoline,2-(2-benzothiazolyl)-5-methoxyphenol,1-(hexahydropyrrolizin-3-ylidene)-3,3-dimethyl-butan-2-one,2,3-dihydro-1,4-benzoxazine,5-fluoro-4-imidazolic acid had a relatively high content,which was 24.5%,10.7%,10.5%,10.3% and 9.5%,respectively.
