产碳青霉烯酶肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药基因及流行病学研究进展 被引量:63

摘要 肠杆菌科细菌对碳青霉烯类抗生素的耐药机制主要包括产碳青霉烯酶、外膜蛋白缺失或突变、外排泵过度表达以及青霉素结合蛋白变异等,其中最主要的是产碳青霉烯酶。虽然各种肠杆菌科细菌的耐药机制大体相同,但是各种耐药基因在不同种属细菌中的分布和流行情况并不相同。肺炎克雷伯菌是临床上最常见的条件致病菌之一,也是检出率最高的耐碳青霉烯类肠杆菌科细菌。
