封闭负压引流技术联合输氧治疗糖尿病患者慢性创面的疗效观察

目的:探讨封闭负压引流技术联合间断输氧在治疗糖尿病患者慢性创面的临床效果。方法:对37例糖尿病患者的慢性溃疡创面入院后行大体观察,取创面分泌物送细菌培养后清创,术后行负压封闭引流技术(VSD)治疗(负压为-125^-450mm Hg),联合间断创面输氧及生理盐水冲洗,待肉芽组织生长充分后,行植皮或皮瓣移植手术治疗。结果:37例创面全部愈合,外形及功能恢复满意。结论:负压封闭引流技术联合输氧方法,用于糖尿病患者慢性创面治疗,能减少手术创伤,促进创面愈合,减轻患者痛苦、是治疗糖尿病患者慢性创面有效办法。

Objective： To study the seal negative pressure drainage technology joint gap oxygen in clinical effect for the treatment of diabetic patients with chronic wounds. Methods： 37 cases of the chronic ulcer wound of diabetic patients admitted to hospital after gross observation, wound secretion send germiculture after debridement, postoperative line of negative pressure drainage （VSD） technology treatment （negative pressure-125--450mmHg）, joint regularly intermittent oxygen of the wound and physiological saline flushing, granulation tissue growth after fully, skin graft surgery. Results： 37 cases of wound healing, shape and function recovered satisfactorily. Conclusion：The closed negative pressure drainage （VSD） oxygen method, treatment for diabetes patients with chronic wounds, can reduce surgical trauma, promote wound healing, relieve patients＇ pain, is chronic wounds, effective way to treat diabetes patients.
