摘要
目的:探讨路径式健康教育对骨折病人平均住院日、并发症及病人对护理工作满意度的影响。方法:将286例骨折住院病人随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组实施路径式健康教育,对照组给予传统健康教育,以病人平均住院日、术后生活回归时间、并发症的发生及对护理工作满意度评分作为评价指标。结果:观察组在平均住院日、术后生活回归时间、并发症发生等指标均低于对照组(P<0.05),护理工作满意度评分则高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:路径式健康教育对骨折病人是一种科学、规范、人性化的教育方法,可有效提高健康教育效果,提高病人对护理工作的满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of health education on patients with fracture path average hospitalization time, complications and patient satisfaction with nursing work. Methods: 286 cases of fracture of inpatients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group to implement the path of health education, the control group was given traditionalhealth education to patients, average days of hospitalization, postoperative liferegression time, complications and to nurses the work degree of satisfaction scoresas evaluation index. Results: In the observation group, the average days of hospitalization,postoperative life regression time, complications and other indicators were lower than the control group (P〈0.05), nursing job satisfactionscore is higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Health education path type education metheds is a scientific,standardized,user-friendlyfor fracture patients,can effectively improve the effect of health education,improve patient care and job satisfaction.
