新生代农民工社会认同的困境及重塑路径

Study on the Dilemma and Solution of Social Identity of the New Peasant-workers

与老一辈农民工相比,新生代农民工在文化水平、生活理念以及思维方式等方面已经发生较大改变。但由于自身社会资本的缺失、制度性排斥以及社会记忆的二重性,他们面临着与父辈同样严峻的社会认同困境:在身份认同上,市民倾向与农村依恋的矛盾心态明显;在职业认同上,自我期待与职业成功存在现实差距;在文化认同上,乡土文化的记忆与城市文明的张力凸显;在地域认同上,城市与农村归属的模糊认知。解决这些困境,需要从"制度建设、资本扩容、福利改革、心理慰藉、文化适应"五大路径重塑新生代农民工的社会认同。

Compared with the older generation of changed a lot in terms of culture, philosophy of life migrant workers, the new Peasant-workers has and way of thinking. But due to the lack of social capital, the institutional exclusion, and the duality of social memory, they face the dilemmas of social identity： contradiction of public tendency and rural attachment in self-identity; the gaps between self expectation and occupational success in career identity; highlight tension between memory of native culture and city civilization in cultural identity; fuzzy cognitive of the adscription about city and rural home in regional identity. To solve these problems, system construction, capital expansion, welfare reform, psychological comfort, cultural adaptation may be the necessary and useful ways.
