贵州农村城镇化建设过程中关于城中村存在价值及改造问题的思考

Research on the Existing Values and Reconstruction Problems of Urban Villages in the Process of Urbanization in Guizhou

随着贵州工业化进程的发展,贵州城镇化进程的步伐也随之加快。在城镇化进程中,城中村给城市发展带来了双面影响:它能够缓解住房、就业等社会压力,有利于城镇化的稳步发展;但它的"脏乱差"现象也给城市发展、城市生活质量等带来负面影响。文章针对城中村存在价值及其改造问题进行分析,并提出关于城中村改造的几点思考意见。

With the industrialization process of Guizhou, the pace of urbanization process is also accelerated. In the urbanization process, the urban village is like a ＂double-edged sword＂, which has double effects on city developmenton the one hand, it can relief the social pressure such as housing, employment, which is conducive to the steady development of urbanization; on the other hand, poor environmental sanitation and untidiness caused by which will hinder the city development, and bring the bad effect on the quality of city life. Aiming at the double effects of city village, this paper puts forward a few comments.
