柴橘散结汤治疗慢性附睾炎临床观察

Effects of Chaiju Sanjie Decoction on patients with chronic epididymitis: a clinical observation

目的观察柴橘散结汤治疗慢性附睾炎的临床疗效。方法将128例符合标准的患者按随机数字表法,分为两组,对照组60例,治疗组68例。对照组给予左氧氟沙星片口服治疗,治疗组给予柴橘散结汤治疗,疗程均为4周。治疗结束后观察两组的临床疗效,附睾大小以及彩超CDFI血流分级变化。结果治疗后两组附睾大小、CDFI血流分级较治疗前均有改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组在临床疗效,附睾大小、CDFI血流分级改善情况方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴橘散结汤治疗慢性附睾炎具有明显的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaiju Sanjie Decoction on treating chro-nic epididymitis patients .Methods A total of 128 cases of infertility with chronic epididymitis were ran-domly divided into experiment group （ 68 cases ） and control group （ 60 cases ） as random number table method.Experiment group was given the Chaiju Sanjie Decoction , control group was given sparfloxacin （4weeks/course）.After one course of the treatment , the clinical efficacy,size of testicular and the changes of color Dopplar ultrasound images of epididymis of two groups were observed .Results Comparison in the group,the size of testicular and the changes of color Dopplar ultrasound images of epididymis were signifi -cantly different before and after treatment （P〈0.05）.After treatment, clinical curative effect of the treat-ment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05） and the size of testicular and the changes of color Dopplar ultrasound images of epididymis of experiment group were improved obviously compared with the control group , （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Chaiju Sanjie Decoction has significantly great clinical efficacy on treaing chronic epididymitis .
