摘要
14Cr1MoR低合金耐热钢焊接性较差,具有一定程度的淬硬性以及氢致裂纹和再热裂纹倾向。通过焊接工艺性研究及应用实践,制定合理的焊接工艺,避免产生危及影响焊接接头本质安全的缺陷。设计合理的坡口型式,选择合适的焊接方法,匹配相应的焊接材料,选择适宜的预热温度和道间温度,避免焊接大线能量的输入。采取焊后消氢处理以及消除应力热处理等预防措施,使其焊接接头获得良好的综合力学性能。
14CrlMoR low alloy heat-resistant steel possesses poor weldability, and has a certain degree of hardenability and the tendency of hydrogen-induced crack and reheat crack. The research and application practice of welding technology and the reasonable welding process were made to avoid the influence of welded joint of intrinsically safe. The reasonable design of groove type, the appropriate welding method, the corresponding welding material, the proper preheat temperature and room temperature were producted to avoid big welding line energy input. Prevention measures such as taking dehydrogenation treatment after welding and eliminating stress heat treatment can make the welding joint gain a batter comprehensive mechanics performance.
