摘要
管壳式换热器长期作为石油化工装置中最为常见的换热器形式,但换热管的使用寿命制约了换热器整体的使用期限。大多数换热器在主要受压部件正常使用期间就已出现泄漏,导致需要堵塞部分换热管,甚至更换整个换热管束或设备。而管束一般又是换热器中重量比最大的部件。换热管束出现损坏后,不仅造成一定的经济损失,而且存在一定的质量和安全隐患。通过实践总结,分析管束的主要泄漏原因,提出优化方案和改进措施。例如,碳钢换热管经过钝化处理后,可以有效的延长换热管的使用寿命,提高设备整体的可靠性和经济性。
The shell and tube heat exchanger for petrochemical installations is the most commonly used, but the heat exchange tube service life has affected the use of the whole equipment. Most of the heat exchanger tube bundle during the normal use of main pressure parts has been leaking, and result in block some heat exchange tubes, or even replace the heat exchange tube bundle or the whole equipment. The heat exchanger tube bundle is the heaviest parts of the heat exchanger. Once the tube bundle damage, not only caused a certain economic loss, but also existence quality and safety risks. Through the practice, analysis of main reason of leakage, optimization and improvement measures. For example, the carbon heat exchanger tubes by passivated can effectively prolong the service life of heat exchange tubes, and improve the whole reliability and economy of the equipment.
