摘要 秸秆发电在我国是一种新生事物,我国近年先后投产了一批生物质电厂,但生物质电厂普遍存在着生物质锅炉容易结焦、结灰现象,影响安全经济稳定运行;笔者公司水冷振动炉排炉全燃生物质运行也存在结焦、结灰现象,但经过若干次停炉检修对结焦、结灰检查、处理和对焦块的分析,逐步了解生物质灰特性、生物质锅炉结焦、结灰的原因、基本掌握了生物质锅炉结焦、结灰处理及预防措施,本文主要介绍水冷振动炉排炉结焦、结灰分析及应对措施。 Straw power generation in China as a new thing. There are a batch of biomass power plants which have been put into production in recent years. But the biomass power plant generally exists in biomass boiler coking and fouling phenomenon, affecting the safety of economic and stable operation of the company; water-cooled vibrating grate furnace burning raw material also has full operation of coking and fouling phenomenon, but after several times of shutdown for maintenance checks, ash handling and focusing block analysis of coking, and gradually understand the characteristics of biomass, biomass ash slagging and fouling reasons, the basic grasp of the biomass of slagging and ash treatment and prevention measures. This paper mainly introduces the water-cooled vibrating grate furnace slagging and ash analysis and countermeasures measures. The biomass of slagging and fouling analysis and countermeasures.
