摘要
作为一种功能化的多孔宏观结构,巴基纸既保留了纳米材料的物理化学特性,又有效解决了碳纳米材料个体操作应用困难的缺点,适合在复合材料、电极、催化、过滤和提纯等领域的大规模工程应用.按照所用碳纳米材料的不同,巴基纸大致可分为四类:单壁碳纳米管巴基纸、多壁碳纳米管巴基纸、碳纳米纤维巴基纸、混合巴基纸.按照其材料的不同对巴基纸的制备进行综述,并对将来的研究进行了展望.
Carbon nanofibers(CNFs) or carbon nanotubes(CNTs) can be made into thin paper form with a three dimensionally interconnected porous structure. This so called buckypaper has become a material platform that enables us to develop large scale engineering applications of carbon nanomaterial. Buckpaper can provide unique mechanical,electrical,thermal and structural properties for applications in composites, electrodes, catalyst, and filtering/purification. Based on the carbon nanomaterials used in fabrication,Buckypaper can be have four major categories:single-walled carbon nanotube bucky paper,multi-walled carbon nanotube buckypaper,carbon nanofibers buckypaper and mixed buckypaper. By choosing different constituent carbon nanomaterials,varying fabrication condition and introducing surface functionalization, buckypaper properties can be effectively manipulated for specific application. This paper reviews the recent development in buckypaper fabrication and application,in addition,future development of the material is also discussed.
