基于产业链视角的OTT业务发展探析

Analysis on OTT business based on the perspective of industry chain

OTT业务的迅猛发展对基础电信运营商的传统业务带来了剧烈冲击。在综合分析OTT业务的基础上将OTT业务划分为综合通信类和内容服务类,并从产业链的角度对OTT业务进行了分析,然后从移动通信产业链、终端制造产业链和内容服务产业链的整合角度出发,提出了运营商应对OTT业务冲击的发展策略建议。

As the rapid development of OTT business, it brings violent impact to traditional business of basic telecom operators. In this paper, we divided OTT business into integrated communications class and content service class base on integrated analysis of the OTT business, and analysis the OTT business based on the perspective of industry chain, then give some strategy advice response the impact of OTT business from the integration angle of mobile communications industry chain, terminal manufacturing industry chain and content service industry chain.
