摘要
介绍网络投诉处理流程及其系统支撑现状,基于SOA体系架构,对分布于不同网段、不同地理位置的投诉工具和数据整合,提供统一投诉处理平台,实现投诉一键处理,提高网络投诉处理工作效率。
This paperintroduced the situation of complaint handling process and its supporting system, provided a unified complaint handling platform and accomplishing one-tap process complaints based on SOA architecture and the integration of system applications and the data distributed in different network segment and different geographic locations to improve the network complaint handling work effi ciency.
