论高等职业教育的科学教学方法

Scientific Teaching Methods in Higher Vocational Education

高等职业教育无论是在我国工业化和城镇化的进程中,还是在高等教育的大众普及中,都充分显示出了不可替代性。职业教育是向学生教授职业技能的过程,在高等职业教育中应根据学科特点及不同学生的学习习惯制定"个性"教学方式。教学活动应围绕提高学生应用操作能力的目标,进行有针对性、有效率的教学改革,以培养出适应社会经济发展的专业技术人才。

Higher vocational education plays an irreplaceable role in the process of industrialization and urbanization,as well as the process of popularization of higher education. As vocational education is a process of teaching vocational skills to students,“customer-tailored” teaching methods adapting to both curriculum features and learning habits of different stu-dents are required. This paper proposes that teaching activities should focus on the objective of enhancing both application and operation capabilities of students and a targeted and efficiency-oriented teaching reform should be carried out to foster professional and technical personnel adapting to the social and economic development.
