基于实例检索的轴类零件工艺设计

Research on Case-based Retrieve Process Planning of Shaft Parts

轴类零件在机械产品中广泛应用,以轴类零件为对象,研究了基于实例相似性检索的轴类零件工艺规划。设计了特征编码结构进行实例分组,通过特征编码矩阵的匹配在实例库中检索相似的实例,以此获得待加工零件的加工工艺。基于实例技术的工艺设计方法具有较好的通用性,同时也提高了设计效率和质量。

The shaft parts are applied on mechanical product widely. This paper does research on similarity retrieve process planning based on case for shaft parts. The feature encoder architecture is designed for case grouping. By feature encoder matrix matting, similarity cases are retrieved in case base, and process plan is gained for part designed. The process planning method of casebased has universality, and increase design efficiency and quality.
