摘要
针对激励电商与物流服务商共同努力,提高物流服务水平的问题,建立委托代理模型,并对模型进行了求解,分析了外生变量对最优物流外包合同的影响,研究表明,最优收益共享系数与电商备货努力对物流服务水平的弹性系数负相关,与物流服务商运输配送对物流服务水平的弹性系数正相关;固定物流服务费与电商备货及物流服务商运输配送努力的成本系数正相关,与产品的市场价值负相关。
In this paper, we built the principal-agent model and then solved it to motivate the joint effort of the e-businesses and logistics service providers and improve the logistics service level, then analyzed the influence of the exogenous variables on the optimal logistics outsourcing contracts, and reached some useful conclusions.
