基于动态组合赋权的供应商综合评价

Comprehensive Supplier Evaluation Based on Dynamic Combination Weighting

构建了包含产品成本、供应商实力、供应商服务水平、产品质量、供应商发展潜力和供应商信息获取能力6个指标的供应商评价指标体系,借助熵权法和G1法对评价指标进行动态组合赋权,利用综合指数法对供应商进行优选,建立供应商的综合评价模型,最后通过实例分析,说明方法的有效性。

In this paper, we built the supplier evaluation index system composed of the six indexes which were product cost, supplier strength, supplier service level, product quality, supplier development potential and supplier information acquisition ability, then using entropy weighting and G1 process, assigned dynamic combination weight to the indexes, then evaluated the suppliers using the comprehensive index method, built the supplier comprehensive evaluation model and at the end, illustrated the validity of the method through a case example.
