Study on Revenue Sharing Contract Based on Supply Chain Financing

在供应链的收益共享契约下研究了供应链金融和运营问题,分别考虑了有资金约束和无资金约束两种情况下的收益共享契约,还分别讨论了集中控制和分散控制下的供应链运营决策。最后通过一个算例验证了收益共享契约能协调存在资金约束的供应链。

In this paper, we studied the issues in the financing and operation issues of a supply chain under the revenue sharing contract with and without capital constraint respectively, then discussed the operational decision of the supply chain under centralized control and distributive control, and at the end, through a numerical case, demonstrated that the revenue sharing contract would coordinate the supply chain with capital constraint.
