Study on Selection of Closed-loop Supply Chain Recycling Operation Mode of Production Enterprises under EPR

基于生产者延伸责任制(EPR)下闭环供应链逆向物流的研究,提出EPR下生产企业闭环供应链回收运作的三种模式:生产商自营、联营和外包给第三方回收模式;详细地分析了基于EPR下影响企业选择最优回收方案的影响因素,为闭环供应链的健康快速发展提供理论支撑。

In this paper, on the basis of the researches on the closed-loop supply chain reverse logistics under the extended producer responsibility system, we proposed the three major modes of closed-loop supply chain recycling process for the production enterprises under EPR, namely producer self-operated, joint-operated and third party outsourced modes, and then analyzed in detail the factors influencing the optimal recycling solutions of the enterprises under EPR.
