Study on Performance Evaluation of Tourism Supply Chains Based on AHP and Fuzzy Decision-making

基于旅游供应链绩效评价指标的建立原则,在参考增强型平衡计分卡并综合考虑供应链绩效评价研究的基础上,建立了旅游供应链评价体系。采用层次分析法与多级模糊评价相结合的评价方法,对建立的综合绩效评价指标体系进行了实例演算。

In this paper, on the basis of the principle for the establishment of the tourism supply chain performance evaluation index system and in reference with the reinforced balanced scorecard system, we established the tourism supply chain evaluation system and then using AHP and multi-level fuzzy evaluation, deducted an empirical case of the comprehensive performance evaluation index system.
