Exploration of appropriate general practitioners training in suburbs

在系统梳理嘉定区郊区适宜全科医学人才培养工作的基础上,提出"3+2"助理全科医生模式对提高嘉定郊区基层卫生人才层次、联动卫生资源、提升郊区卫生机构医教研能力、推广适宜技术等方面有重要作用,并针对目前工作在组织管理、政策层面及基地培训建设方面存在的问题,提出相关政策建议。

The article pointed out that the ＂assistant general practitioner 3＋2 training model＂ plays an important role in improving levels of Jiading suburb of grassroots health professionals, linking health resources, enhancing abilities of medical teaching and research in rural health institutions and promoting appropriate technology on the basis of the review of appropriate general practitioners training. Problems of organization, management, policy and training base construction were summarized. Relevant policy suggestions were put forward.
