摘要
针对现阶段ERP在物流企业中的实施模式与发展现状,探讨影响物流企业ERP实施的要素,进一步分析我国物流企业在ERP实施进程中存在的风险,并有针对性的提出规避ERP实施风险的对策及建议。
In this paper, in view of the mode and development status of the implementation of ERP by logistics enterprises at the current stage, we discussed the factors influencing its implementation, further analyzed the risks therein, and at the end, proposed the countermeasures and suggestions to prevent the risks.
