摘要
对上海市24所市级公立医院的54名院长、367名科主任/学科带头人以及15名医院管理者和研究者进行问卷调查。结果显示大部分被调查者对医院间横向资源整合持支持态度;认为最适合进行横向整合的情况是拥有优势资源的医院与资源相对薄弱的医院之间的强弱互补;需要政府在医院的管理体制、人事制度以及院长绩效评价标准上对横向整合给予相依的倾斜与配合。
This study conducted a questionnaire survey in 24 tertiary hospitals with 54 hospital presidents, 367 heads of department and 15 policy-makers and researchers. Results revealed that most respondents had supportive attitude towards horizontal integration of healthcare resources in public hospitals. Implementing horizontal integration among hospitals which have complementary strengths is the most suitable. Government is proposed to give some support to horizontal integration on the aspects of hospital management mechanism,personal system and evaluation criteria on hospital presidents.
