经济转型升级的金融支持体系研究——以江苏常州为例

A Research of Financial Support System under the Economic Transformation and Upgrading——A Case Study of Changzhou City

随着发达地区金融化程度不断提高,金融市场成为核心的资金融通中介,推动区域经济发展与转型升级。发达地区通过金融发展来支撑经济转型升级虽已取得了一定的成效,但金融约束情况依然存在。地方金融品牌知名度不够高、金融中高端人才不够多、新金融业态发展不够快,这些问题抑制了发达地区创新能力的提升和转型升级的发展,其突出表现为企业融资难。发展实践中,发达地区必须采取切实有效措施,提高银行服务水平,强化信贷投融资功能;完善多层次资本市场,提高直接融资比重;树立地方金融品牌,增强地方金融竞争力;政府搭建投融资平台,建设和谐的金融生态环境,构建区域金融支持体系,提高地区金融支撑能力,推动经济转型升级。

With the financialization of developed regions in China,financial market has become the core medium of capital financing,which promotes the regional economic transformation and development.Although some a-chievements have been made through financial reforms in economic transformation,financial constraints still exist in developed regions,for example,some local financial products are not well -known enough,the lack of financial talents in developed regions,the slow development of new financial industry,and above all,the companies’diffi-culty in financing,which inhibit the innovative ability and hinder the transformation and development of these de-veloped regions.Effective measures should be taken in these regions to improve the service of the banks,to strengthen the function of credit financing,to enhance a multi -level capital market,to increase the proportion of direct financing,to establish the brands of local financial products and to strengthen the competitiveness of regional financing.Besides,in order to promote the local financial support ability and the economic transformation,govern-ment should play an active role in establishing platform for investing and financing,build a harmonious ecologically financial environment,and construct the supporting system for regional financing.
