摘要
2013年常州大学学生学习性投入调查结果显示:院校主导性学习性投入在高校推进学风建设的进程中发挥着重要作用,相比于学生主导的学习性投入更能影响学生的在校收获。具体而言,高校需要加强政策及环境建设,形成倡导学习、全面支持学习、不断优化学习的院校文化氛围和政策导向;深化教学改革,将教学内容改革落实到课堂教学中;完善课堂管理,最大化提升学生课堂学习效率;改善学生所处的人际关系,形成师生、生生、个体与环境之间的良性互动。
The article presents the result that learning impute led by institutions has more effect on students than that led by them.Improving learning impute led by institutions is a significant way to promote the construction of study style.More effects on policy making and environment establishing to encourage and better students′learning should be made.What′s more,reform on knowledge teaching for real,management on classroom to improve the ef-ficiency of learning and bettering the relationship between students and teachers should also be attached great im-portance.
