高职院校试行现代学徒制的现状及其对策研究

The Present Situation and Countermeasures of the Modern Apprenticeship of Higher Vocational Colleges on a Trial Basis

以校企合作、工学结合为主要特征的高职院校现代学徒制人才培养模式,在试行的过程中,虽然取得了一定的成效,但也面临着众多的困难。必须明确学校、企业和学生(家长)三方职责,确保实践现代学徒制的条件与保障,探索现代学徒制实施的途径与方法,着力解决高职院校在试行现代学徒制过程中面临的困境。

With college and enterprise cooperation and work and study combination as the main characteristics of the modern apprenticeship training mode of higher vocational college,in the course of the trial,some achievements have been made but also met many difficulties.Three parties’responsibilities must be clear,namely,colleges,en-terprises and college students （and parents）,to ensure the conditions and guarantee for the practice of modern ap-prenticeship,This paper explores the ways and methods to implement the modern apprenticeship and to solve the difficulties vocational colleges face during the process of modern apprenticeship.
