G蛋白偶联受体激酶4变异体A142V与血压昼夜节律的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察G蛋白偶联受体激酶4(GRK4)变异体A142V与高血压患者血压昼夜节律变化的关系。方法根据动态血压昼夜节律变化,将110例高血压患者分为杓型组48例和非杓型组62例,分析GRK4的SNPA位点变异体A142V在两组中的分布。结果杓型组与非杓型组GRK4变异体A142V分布存在显著差异;杓型组以野生型GG分布为主,而非杓型组AG+AA突变基因型分布显著高于杓型组(P<0.05)。结论 GRK4 A142V变异体与高血压患者血压昼夜节律变化有关,携带A142V变异体的患者夜间血压更易升高。 Objective To investigate the relationship between G protein- coupled receptor kinase 4(GRK4) mutant A142V gene with circadian rhythm of blood pressure in the patients with essential hypertension. Methods 110 patients with essential hypertension were divided into the dipper group and the non-dipper group according to the circadian rhythm change by the ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. The distribution of GRK4 mutant AI42V genotypes in the two groups was analyzed. Results The distribution of the GRK4 mutant A142V genotypes had statistically significant difference between the dipper group and non-dipper group;the genotype distribution of the dipper group was mainly the wiht type GG, however, the distribution of mutant genotype AG + AA in the ram-dipper group was higher that in the dipper group( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The GRK4 mutant A142V gene is related with the circadian rhythm of blood pressure in the patients of essential hypertension. The patients carrying mutant A142V are more likely to have blood pressure elevation at night.
