我院20例复方苦参注射液不良反应报告分析

20 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Compound Kushen Injection in Our Hospital

目的探讨复方苦参注射液所致药品不良反应(ADR)发生的规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对医院2011年1月至2013年10月临床各科室上报的20例复方苦参注射液所致ADR进行统计和分析。结果收集到的20例复方苦参注射液ADR以老年患者为主,未出现死亡病例,以过敏性反应(皮肤反应和过敏性休克)为主,其次表现为消化系统、神经系统反应及静脉炎等。结论临床应重视复方苦参注射液所致的ADR,并加强用药监护。

Objective To investigode the occurrence rule and characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADR） induced by Compound Kushen Injection in order to provide reference for medication prescribed by clinical doctors. Methods 20 cases of Compound Kushen Injection caused ADR reported by the various departments of our hospital from January 2011 to October 2013 were collected and ana- lyzed statistically. Results Among collected 20 cases of ADR caused by Compound Kushen Injection,the elderly patients were predomi- nant without death case. The main ADR was the allergic reaction,including skin reactions and anapbylactic shock,followed by the mani- festations of the digestive system,neural system and phlebitis,etc. Conclusion Clinic should pay attention to ADR caused by Compound Kushen Injection and strengthen the medication supervision.
