摘要
以磷酸铁锂系锂离子动力电池为例,利用性能衰减数据进行了动力电池寿命衰减模型的推导和寿命加速测试与评估方法的研究。研究发现该电池容量衰减符合1/2次方的衰减变化规律,利用该衰退模型建立寿命加速预测方法,根据电池在不同温度下的衰减速度,得出电池寿命随温度衰减模型,从而可以通过检测高温下的日历寿命并结合模型,推算出动力电池的实际日历寿命,可以解决动力电池寿命评估周期长和成本高的问题。
The prediction method of battery cycle life and the accelerated testing of battery calendar life were studied based on lithium iron phosphate battery system. The capacity was fade with cycle number followed a 1/2 power function path. The accelerated calendar life testing way was studied and established based on capacity attenuation model at different temperature. The prediction period of battery life was shortened and the prediction cost was cut by the accelerated evaluation model with high precision.
