摘要
以太阳电池的工程用模型和电路基本理论为基础,对带有旁路二极管的串联光伏组件在局部被遮挡条件下的输出电流进行了理论分析,通过引入透光因子的概念,用分段函数表示方法建立了输出电流方程,并将其拓展到建立大型光伏阵列模型之中。通过Matlab语言建立了光伏组件的Matlab计算仿真模型,分析验证了遮光面积、透光因子、光照强度及温度对光伏组件输出的影响。
Based on basic circuit theory, the branch output process of the partially shadowed serial solar module with bypass diode was carefully analyzed. The subsection function was applied to accurately describe partially shadowed serial PV module current output characteristics, and the corresponding computer simulation model was built in Matlab. Finally, the influence of the output could be analyzed and tested when the shading area, transmission factor, illumination intensity and temperature changed.
