全电AMT升挡与发动机协调控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了电控机械式自动变速器(AMT)系统的组成、原理。通过分析离合器的分离结合过程,结合离合器的使用寿命和驾驶人员的舒适性,提出了动力性升挡过程中离合器与发动机协调控制策略,并在装有电控机械式AMT的某轿车上进行了验证。实验结果表明,通过这种策略对换挡过程中发动机扭矩协调控制,有效地提高了电控机械式AMT的换挡品质。 The electronic control mechanical type AMT system composition and principle were introduced. The analysis of clutch engaging and disengaging process, combined with the service life of the clutch and driving comfort, the power up process of clutch and engine control strategy was put forward. The car with electric control mechanical type AMT was validated. The experimental results show that the gear shifting process of engine torque is coordinated controlled by this strategy, and the shift quality of electdc mechanical AMT is effectively improved.
