摘要
提出了一种基于模糊PID算法的燃料电池电动车电机控制器,将油门踏板位置和刹车制动信息作为模糊控制单元的输入,模糊控制单元动态调整PID的比例系数、积分系数和微分系数。在仿真的基础上进行算法实现,试制了电机控制器样机,并在3 k W燃料电池游览车上进行实际运行测试,仿真和实际测试结果表明:模糊PID算法电机控制器控制精度和动态性能比传统PID控制器有明显提高。
A kind of fuel cell electric vehicle motor controller based on fuzzy PID algorithm was presented. The position of the accelerator pedal and brake information were as the control unit input. The proportion coefficient, integral coefficient and the differential coefficient were dynamically adjusted by the fuzzy PID control unit. The algorithm was simulated and realized, and the motor controller prototype was prepared. The operated practical was carded out in 3 kW fuel cell vehicles. Simulation and practical testing results show: motor control precision and dynamic performance are significantly improved compared with the traditional PID controller.
