摘要
介绍大型开放网络课程(MOOC)的特点以及在美国的发展概况。认为高校图书馆参与MOOC建设,可以在版权确认与内容授权、提倡开放存取、支持课程制作、MOOC保存与分析评价、确保所有用户可以获取MOOC内容、提供信息素养教育等方面发挥作用。为此高校图书馆应该从咨询服务、教学支持服务、信息素养培训服务、学习空间提供服务等4个方面为MOOC发展提供有力支持,为高等教育改革提供持续动力。
The paper introduces characteristics of massive open online courses （MOOC） and its development situation in USA. It thinks that university library’s participating in MOOC construction, may play roles in aspects of copyright confirmation and content li-cense, advocating open access, supporting course manufacture, MOOC preservation and analysis evaluation, ensuring acquisition MOOC content for all users, and providing information quality education. Therefore, university library should provide powerful support for MOOC development and lasting power for higher education reform from 4 aspects of consulting service, teaching support service, infor-mation literacy training service, and learning space providing service.
