教师教育学术训练模式的内涵与构成——从丽水学院“卓越教师”培养模式改革谈起 被引量:2

摘要 为了培养具有创新精神的卓越教师,教师教育必须以学术训练作为人才培养模式的核心。教师教育学术训练的意义在于:其一,形成一种开放性、包容性的教育思维;其二,培养批判性思考的能力,一种对事物的洞察力与对教育行为恰当的判断力;其三,培育一种专注的精神,对事物严谨、客观、负责的态度,以及井井有条地分析、处理事物的能力。一种教师教育学术训练模式由经典阅读→科研训练→实践创新的学术训练过程,以及保障其顺利进行的学术评价制度、学术课程制度与学术指导制度所构成。 To nurture excellent teachers with an innovative mind, the training of students’ academic competence should occupy the core of the training mode. The significance of the training consists in: first, developing in students an open,inclusive educational thinking;second,developing in them critical thinking skills,and a keen insight into the nature of things and the ability to make an appropriate judgment on educational activities; third,cultivating in them the spirit of dedication,a rigorous,objective and responsible manner,and the ability to handle things in a well-organized way. An intact academic training mode of teacher education should be composed of reading of classics, research training, innovative practice, academic evaluation system that can guarantee the quality of the training,academic curriculum system and academic tutorial system.
