摘要
膀胱癌是泌尿外科最常见的恶性肿瘤,在世界范围内及我国内的男性恶性肿瘤中均为第7位,但是与国际趋势相反,近年来我国的膀胱癌发病率呈现上升趋势。对于初发的非肌层浸润癌,治疗的主要方法为经尿道手术;对于复发进展及肌层浸润性肿瘤的治疗,目前主流观点仍为根治性膀胱切除手术。随着近年来技术进步,保留膀胱的手术及综合治疗越来越显示出其优势。本文拟从膀胱癌的微创综合治疗角度对最近的相关进展进行分析。
Bladder cancer is the most common urological malignancy, and it is the 7th men malignancies both in the world and in our country. To the contrary of the international trend, in recent years, the incidence of bladder cancer is on the rise in China. For non-muscle invasive cancer （NMIC） onset, the main method of treatment is transurethral surgery. And for the progress or relapse of NMIC and muscle-invasive tumors, the current mainstream view remains radical cystectomy surgery. With the recent advances in technology, minimal surgical and comprehensive treatment to reserve bladder increasingly shown its advantages. We reviewed the recent progress in the minimally invasive and comprehensive treatment of bladder cancer.
