摘要
BRCC36是2003年从BRCC复合物中发现的一种亚基,该蛋白参与了蛋白酶体的活性、DNA修复调控、细胞信号转导及细胞周期控制等多种细胞生理过程,在肿瘤形成、血管生成、心肌保护中发挥重要作用。本文综述BRCC36结构功能以及在心血管疾病中的研究进展。
BRCC36 is a subunit found form BRCC complex in 2003, which participates in various kinds of physiological processes, such as the regulation of the activity of the proteasome, DNA damage repair, cell signal transduction and cell cycle control. It plays an important role in cancer, angiogenesis and myocardial protection. The paper presented a review of the structure and function of BRCC36, and it’s progress of research on cardiovascular disease.
