摘要
在胃食管恶性肿瘤中,中国新发病例及死亡人数居世界首位。多数胃癌及食管癌患者在就诊时已进入中晚期,远期疗效较差。而早期胃癌及食管癌治疗后的5年生存率分别可达84%~99%,90%~100%。近年来消化内镜诊疗新技术迅速发展,越来越多的胃癌与食管癌能被早期诊断,同时随着内镜微创治疗技术的开展,使得早期胃癌与食管癌的治疗效果更好、创伤更小,并显著提高了患者的生存率,改善了术后生活质量。
In the stomach and esophageal malignancies, China has the world's largest new cases and deaths. Most patients with gastric cancer and esophageal cancer in clinic have entered middle-late stage, while the long-term curative effect is poorer. The 5-year survival rate for early gastric cancer and esophageal cancer after treatment can reach 84%-99% and 90%-100%, respectively. In recent years, the rapid development of digestive endoscopy new technology, more and more gastric cancer and esophageal cancer can be diagnosed early, at the same time, with the development of minimally invasive endoscopic treatment technology, making the treatment of early gastric cancer and esophageal cancer better, less invasive, and significantly improved the survival rate of patients and the quality of life after surgery.
