摘要
为达到排放法规要求,对柴油发动机进行燃油系统的升级换代,进行共轨系统的选型与匹配,根据具体发动机参数进行共轨系统中共轨泵、共轨管和喷油器的参数的计算,并排列组合计算出的各个参数,通过实验验证得出符合要求的最佳组合。
Fuel system of diesel engine should be upgraded for satisfying more strict emission regulations. Parameters for supply pump, rail and injector of common rail system were calculated according to engine specifications. Different parameters were combined according to calculation results, and optimized combination were achieved through experimental validation.
