摘要 对某四气门柴油机活塞设计开发的关键技术进行了阐述,设计过程中采用了有限元计算软件对活塞进行了强度和刚度的分析,并根据分析结果对活塞结构进行优化改进,提高活塞整体性能,使其达到高强化、轻量化、减磨耐热、提高寿命等目的。根据活塞试制样件进行检测和分析结果,对活塞的设计进行评估,并提出改进措施。 This paper expatiates the key technology of design and development of the piston in 4 valves engine. The intensity and rigidity of the piston are analyzed by the finite element software. According the analyzed results, the structure of the piston is optimized and improved. For the purpose of higher strength, lighter quality, lower friction and heat-resistant peculiarity, longer life and so on, the whole performance have been advanced. Based on the inspection data and analysis results from samples, the evaluation of design and manufacture of the piston is made, and some advices are offered.
