摘要
通过试验和分析,介绍了机械R801调速器中调速弹簧刚度对怠速加载能力的影响。试验结果表明,改变调速弹簧刚度,为保证怠速点油量不变,需改变油门手柄位置,从而导致R801调速器杠杆比发生改变,继而改变怠速段调速特性曲线的走向,最终改变怠速段的加载能力。
Affects of governing spring stiffness for mechanical R801 governor on the characteristics of idle loading interval were studied in this paper through some tests and analysis. The result showed that it was necessary to rotate the control lever for keeping the idle point delivery unchanged when the governing spring stiffness is changed. However it will lead to variation of lever ratio of governor RS01, the tendency curve of idle interval can he changed at the same time, then the loading characteristics of idle speed interval will be effected finally.
