摘要
共轨喷油器是柴油机共轨燃油系统的关键组成部分,越来越严格的排放法规使得柴油机的燃油压力越来越高,这对喷油器的密封性能提出了更高的要求,本文对喷油器零件接触密封进行研究,对喷油嘴紧帽的轴力、零件结构进行优化,试验显示喷油器密封能力得到显著提高。
Common rail injector is the key component of diesel fuel system. The fuel pressure becomes more and more high because of increasingly strict emission regulation, so there will be more challenges for injector seal ability. This paper studies the contact seal of injector through increasing the axial force of nozzle cap nut and optimizing the structure of components. The test results show that the seal capability of the injector is improved.
