提高电控喷油器喷油速率的方法和试验研究

摘要 喷油速率是反映喷油器工作能力的最重要数据之一,无论是提高燃油系统压力、改变喷油嘴参数,或者改进控制阀流动参数、优化电磁铁驱动等,最终目标都是通过喷油器喷油速率和喷雾质量的改变来达到与发动机燃烧需求相匹配的目的。本文通过模拟仿真与试验分析,来研究影响电控喷油器喷油速率的关键结构形式和技术参数。对采取的改进措施进行试验验证有效性,为今后正向设计喷油器提供依据,以实现不同发动机对喷油速率的差异化匹配需求。 Injection rate is one of the most important performance indicators to reflect the capability of injector. A better injection rate and spray quality were achieved to match engine combustion through the way of improving fuel system pressure, changing parameters of nozzle, improving flow parameters of control valve and optimizing electromagnet. The key factors, which affect the injection rate were analyzed in the paper by simulation and experimental analysis. Some measures were provided in the paper to improve injection performance. These measures can be used as a basis for top-down design of electronic injector, which can meet differentiated demands for different engines.
