摘要
介绍了柴油机电控单元(ECU)电源电路的设计原则以及国际标准ISO 7637—2中试验脉冲4和试验脉冲5的测试要求,同时结合软硬件给出了一种ECU电源设计方案,试验表明该方案保护功能全面、成本低、结构合理、电源转换效率高,且具有电源管理功能,可以兼容12 V和24 V柴油机电控系统。
Basic principle of power circuit design for diesel engine control unit, as well as the test requirement of ISO7637--2 with pulse 4 and pulse 5 were introduced in the paper. Finally, an ECU power design scheme combined hardware and software was showed. The design scheme had good protection function, low cost, reasonable construction, high power transfer efficiency, moreover, the design scheme had power management function so as to be compatible with 12 V and 24 V system for diesel engine control unit.
