摘要
介绍了活塞设计中应当注意的事项及基本思路,包括活塞材料、基本尺寸,头部结构对热负荷的影响,头部结构对漏气、机油消耗的影响,燃烧室喉口设计对结构强度的影响;活塞销座及销孔设计对变形、承载能力的影响;活塞裙部的形线、热变形、控制变形的方法,提高抗拉缸能力的设计方法;还介绍了活塞热负荷和冷却方式的关系及结构等。
This paper expatiates the precautions and basic ideas in the piston design. It include the piston materials, the basic dimensions, the impact of the head structure to the temperature field of piston, blow-by and oil consumption. Above that, it also introduces the impact of the combustion chamber throat design to structural strength, the piston pin seat and pin hole design to the piston deformation and bearing capacity. And it expatiates the method of piston profile design, the method of improving the anti scuffing ability, also the relationship between the temperature field of piston to piston cooling mode.
