摘要
对YJH-Q10蒸发式液暖车用燃油加热器原机一级燃烧室,作了径向进气孔改旋流进气试验。试验过程中,对旋流孔不同孔径、不同偏心距和不同轴向距离3个参数,进行了近百种组合方案试验对比,其基本规律是在轴向距离7 mm,偏心距为13 mm时性能较好,而在此位置的孔径以Φ7 mm性能较佳。该组合方案较原机最大功率点提高9.3%,整个曲线平均提高8.6%;热效率最大提高8.1%,平均提高7.3%;而排气温度最大点下降12.5%,平均下降11.1%。
An experiment is carried out on the first-stage combustion chamber of YJH-Q10 evaporative type vehicle fuel heater with swirling intake holesinstead of original ones. Nearly a hundred species of combination schemes with geometric parameters of swirling intake holes( the diameter, eccentricity, axial distance)are carried out. The results show that the scheme which has 7 mm axial distance and 13 mm eccentricity has good performance. When the diameter is 7 mm, the performance is better than others. Compared with original heater,this scheme improves power 9.3% at maximum point while 8.6% on average,improves heat efficiency 8.1% at maximum while 7.3% on average, and decreases exhaust temperature 12.5% at maximum while 11.1% on average.
