摘要
分析了共轨出油阀接头密封面的技术要求和控制的意义;对颇具争议的加工纹理事宜,从工件表面形成机理角度,对密封面的镗削和铰削工艺进行了对比分析;结合生产实际条件,对密封面实物加工质量,从形位精度(圆度、直线度、粗糙度)、尺寸精度(密封锥面角度、深度)和表面质量开展对比分析;试验数据表明:在加工工艺系统刚性较好的前提下,铰削工艺在密封面的质量、加工成本和生产效率上具有明显比较优势。
This paper describes the technical requirements and their significance for delivery valve' s sealing surface of common rail system application. Regarding to argument of sealing surface structure after machining, it carries out a machining process comparison between boring and reaming process from the standing point of surface creating theory. Taking the actual production situation into consideration, it gives out comparing analysis from accuracy of form & position ( roundness, straightness, roughness), dimensional accuracy ( angle and depth) and surface quality. Verifications indicated that reaming process has a better performance of quality, machining cost and efficiency if rigidity of process system is affordable.
