摘要 目的:对大花紫薇的化学成分及其药理作用的研究进展作一综述,提供有关大花紫薇叶研究的较全面的科学资料。方法:查阅国内外公开发表的文献23篇,对从大花紫薇叶中得到的化学成分及其药理作用进行论述。结果:大花紫薇叶主要含有鞣质类、三萜类、生物碱类、黄酮类等化学成分。且在降血糖、降脂、抗氧化以及抗真菌等方面有较好的药理作用。结论:本综述为进一步开发利用大花紫薇提供参考。 Objective:The chemical constituents and pharmacological activities on Lagerstroemia speciosa were systemically reviewed in order to provide a relatively full-scale reference information for the further research. Methods:Based on the literatures of Lagerstroemia speciosa domestic and abroad,the constituents and the pharmacological action were reviewed respectively.Results:The main constituents of Lagerstroemia speciosa were tannins,terpenoids,alkaloids and flavonoids. Lagerstroemia speciosa was active in diabetic,lipid-lowering,antioxidation and antifungal.Conclusions:This review provides useful references for the further research.
